You may register in person at the Parks and Recreation Office. You are also able to fax in your application using credit card information or mail your application using either check or credit card info.

- High School league does not have practices or evalutaions.
- If you are a member of the Staples High School Freshmen, JV or Varsity basketball team,
CIAC rules state that you may not participate in our league.
